My Approach
My therapeutic orientation is goal-directed and informed by evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). As clinically indicated, I also utilize other specialized interventions such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).
Throughout my training and professional practice, I have gained extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents. Treating individuals across the lifespan has deepened my clinical expertise and allows me to approach each person or family with a flexible, tailored approach that aligns with their unique needs and goals. I believe that effective therapy is built on a warm, collaborative partnership—one grounded in trust, empathy, mutual respect, and a shared investment in the process. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
