About Me

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in New York and New Jersey with experience supporting individuals across a wide range of clinical concerns. I have a particular interest and specialized training in anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), parenting support, and perinatal mental health.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Occidental College, graduating with honors. I went on to receive a Master’s degree in Psychology in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, followed by a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. During graduate school, I trained at Montefiore Medical Center and the NYU Child Study Center, where I provided outpatient interventions to children, adolescents, and parents. I completed an APA-accredited internship at Trinitas Regional Medical Center, gaining experience in both child/adolescent and adult outpatient programs, as well as the partial hospitalization program. There, I delivered CBT and DBT to individuals across the lifespan struggling with emotion regulation difficulties.

I completed my post-doctoral fellowship at Cognitive Behavioral Psychology of NY, where I provided individual outpatient CBT to children, adolescents, adults, and families. During this time, I also gained extensive experience conducting psychoeducational and neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan, working with children, teens, and adults to better understand their cognitive, emotional, and learning profiles.

I also hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), awarded by Postpartum Support International (PSI), which reflects advanced training and expertise in the assessment and treatment of mental health concerns during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
